Corey Thomas is the CEO of Rapid7, as well as Chairman of its board of directors. In 2018, he was elected to the Cyber Threat Alliance (CTA) board of directors and the Massachusetts Cybersecurity Strategy Council. He also serves on the board of directors for LPL Financial, as well as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, sitting on its audit and health care quality and affordability committees. He previously served on the U.S. Commerce Department's Digital Economy Board of Advisors. Corey has extensive experience leading technology companies to the next stage of growth and innovation. Prior to joining Rapid7, Corey was VP of marketing at Parallels, Inc., a virtualization technology company; group project manager of the Microsoft Server and Tools division, steering product planning for Microsoft’s data platform; and a consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Corey received a B.E. in electrical engineering and computer science from Vanderbilt University and a MBA from Harvard Business School.

Andrew leads Rapid7’s go-to-market initiatives including global sales, marketing, customer engagement, consulting, and IT functions. Previously, he was the CEO of Logentries, a leading provider of scalable, real-time machine data search and analytics technology, acquired by Rapid7 in October 2015. Prior to Logentries, Andrew was SVP of products and engineering at LogMeIn, Inc., where he played an instrumental role in leading the company from venture-backed startup through a successful IPO and on to a high-growth public company. Andrew also held senior product and go-to-market roles at Symantec Corporation, IMLogic, Inc. and Groove Networks. Andrew earned a B.S. from Oregon State University, a MSc Information Systems from University College Dublin, and a MBA from Boston College.

Jeff brings over 30 years of experience in public accounting and the high tech industry to his role at Rapid7. Previously, Jeff served as CFO at Boston-based cybersecurity company Imprivata where he led the company through a public offering in 2014. Earlier in his career, Jeff was the CFO at ProfitLogic, Inc., and a variety of enterprise software and hardware technology companies, including Torrent Systems, Beyond Incorporated, and Magna Computer Corporation. Jeff began his career at Price Waterhouse, where he was an audit manager after receiving his B.S. in business administration from Northeastern University.

Lee brings a wealth of security and product leadership experience to Rapid7, where he is responsible for leading the direction and delivery of Rapid7’s entire product portfolio. Before becoming chief product officer he was VP of products at LogMeIn, Inc., a provider of cloud-based remote connectivity solutions. He has also held leadership roles at several software security firms, including Netegrity, Inc., IMlogic, Inc., and Symantec Corporation. Lee received a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts.

Prior to founding Rapid7, Tas helped form Percussion Software, where he led the development of Percussion's first product. He has also developed software in the security and risk areas for CitiCorp.

Karen leads global customer success for Rapid7, including support, customer experience, and consulting services, with a commitment to deliver exceptional value and results for Rapid7's customers. Her​ more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer success leadership roles include most recently​ leading​ sales and marketing at Quickbase, Inc., where Karen​ was instrumental in delivering sustained high growth for the platform as a service business. Prior to QuickBase, she held senior roles at Intuit and RSA. Karen holds a MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Middlebury College.

Stephanie brings over 17 years of experience in sales leadership and go-to-market roles where she built and managed global sales programs, operations, and strategy. Stephanie has held senior positions in a number of fast-growing software companies, including Allaire, Macromedia, and Adobe, each of which have influenced her commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Stephanie joined Rapid7 in 2011 to lead business strategy and sales operations and then as the chief of staff working with the Executive team to facilitate strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives. Prior to her role leading growth initiatives in North America, Stephanie led global customer success for Rapid7.

Peter leads our legal team and has overall responsibility for the strategic direction and coordination of Rapid7’s legal activities worldwide. Prior to joining Rapid7 in 2014 as vice president of legal, Peter was the associate general counsel at Rocket Software, where he spent 10 years helping grow the business over 800% in revenue and to over 1,000 employees, and earlier was at Wind River Systems, later acquired by Intel. Peter received a B.A. in both legal studies and rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley, and received his law degree with distinction from McGill University.

She has a leading approach to human resources and a strong commitment to recruiting stellar talent, corporate culture, and acquisition integration. Prior to joining Rapid7, Christina was the founder of People Innovations, a consulting firm focused on the creation of innovative people strategies. Her other previous positions include chief people officer at @stake (a professional services security firm she helped build that was eventually acquired by Symantec), and VP of people strategy at Sapient Corporation. She holds a B.A. in psychology from George Washington University and a M.S. in organizational administration from Boston University.

Previously, she served as CMO at LogMeIn, Inc. and Unica Corporation (acquired by IBM), and VP of sales for Shiva Corporation (acquired by Intel), and has held roles in sales, marketing, and finance at Lotus (acquired by IBM) and GE. In addition to Carol’s role as a marketing executive, she also serves on the board of directors for Emarsys.

Rich leads global product development for Rapid7– encompassing Nexpose, Metasploit, AppSpider and InsightIDR – and also oversees the introduction of new products into the marketplace. He has more than 20 years of experience in product development. He was previously at RSA, where he was responsible for leading the global engineering organization for its Authentication and Identity Protection and Verification products. Prior to joining RSA, Rich was CTO and co-founder of Salesnet, Inc.

Conan drives Rapid7's technology partnership strategy, including customer-value-driven integrations and acquisitions. Prior to joining Rapid7, he held similar positions at Zendesk and LogMeIn, where he helped both companies reach the public markets and subsequently grow through acquisition to achieve multi-billion dollar valuations. Earlier in his career, he managed alliances for IMlogic and then for Symantec, which acquired IMlogic in 2006. Conan got his start in software at Plumtree Software, running the business development function from pre-revenue through IPO in 2002. He holds a B.A. in business administration from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.

Mike is currently the EVP & CFO for McAfee. Previously, he served as executive vice president, chief operating officer, and chief financial officer for FireEye, Inc., a provider of security software and services. Before joining FireEye, Mike was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Informatica Corporation, a provider of data integration software, and held financial leadership positions at IO Data Centers, SolarWinds, Inc., and i2 Technologies, Inc. He also serves on the board of directors of FinancialForce.com, Inc., a cloud-based applications company, and as chairman of its audit committee. Mike received a B.A. in finance from Augsburg College and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of St. Thomas.

Marc is currently the managing director of corporate development at Microsoft Corporation. Marc has nearly 22 years of business and legal experience, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and equity investments. Marc holds an A.B. from Colgate University, a MBA from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business, and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.

Judy served as the executive vice president, administration and chief financial officer of SanDisk Corp, a supplier of flash storage products, from June 2004 until its acquisition by Western Digital Corporation in mid-2016. She currently serves on the board of directors of Applied Materials, Inc., a publicly traded semiconductor manufacturer and as chair of its corporate governance and nominating committee and as a member of its audit committee. Judy also serves on the board of directors of Varian Medical Systems, Inc., a publicly traded manufacturer of medical devices and software, and as chair of its audit committee and a member of its ethics and compliance committee. In addition, Judy serves on the board of directors of Seagate Technology plc, a publicly traded provider of storage solutions, and as a chair of its audit committee and a member of its nominating and governance committee. Previously, Judy served on the board of directors of Brocade Communications Systems, Inc., a publicly traded data and storage networking products company, and as chair of its audit committee, from January 2009 to November 2017. Judy holds a B.A. in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and a MBA from the University of Santa Clara.

Ben serves as CFO of Artemis Health. Prior to joining Artemis, he was COO at MX Technologies, a managing director at Bain Capital Venture Partners, LLC, and VP of sales operations at Iron Mountain, a provider of storage and information management. Prior to Iron Mountain, Ben was an investor with Fidelity Ventures and a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Ben received a B.S.E. in biomedical and electrical engineering from Duke University and a MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Ben is the CEO of Turbonomic, and also leads the technology and infrastructure investing efforts for Bain Capital Venture Partners. His previous positions include SVP at Veritas Software Corporation, COO and CFO of Precise Software Solutions, Ltd., and director of SolarWinds. He serves on the boards of directors of several private companies, including AppNeta and Turbonomic. Ben received a B.A. in government from Harvard College and a MBA from Harvard Business School.

Tom is the founder of View Consulting, an advisory firm for technology companies, and an author. Previously, Tom served as SVP, field operations of Splunk, Inc., a provider of log management and analytic systems software. Prior to that, Tom served as VP and general manager of BMC Software, Inc.’s Identity Business Unit. He currently serves on the board of directors of Tufin and is a member of the audit committee. In addition, Tom serves on the boards of directors for Egnyte, Inc., Outsystems, and Kaseya. Tom holds a B.S.B.A. from The Ohio State University and a MBA from the University of Dayton.

Christina has served as the VP, Global Head of Customer Success and Services of Slack Technologies, Inc. since February 2017. From May 2002 to February 2017, Christina was employed by Salesforce.com, Inc., where she served most recently as SVP, Revenue Lifecycle Management and Customer Success. Christina received a B.S. in industrial engineering from Northwestern University.
